As one of the main circuits of the Digital China Innovation Contest, the Digital Government, themed by the big data in government affairs, focused on the four areas of smart ocean, public service, smart communities, and urban management to improve the government governance capabilities and level using big data, and interpret the national strategy of "Digital China". In the building intelligence general investigation, contestants were required to train models for intelligent building extraction based on 200 square kilometres of GF-2 remote sensing image and its flag data, achieving large-scale rapid and accurate extraction of building distribution through new technologies. A variety of typical building groups are distributed in Fujian Province, providing a good sample for the research on building extraction methods in this contest, including many different human settlements and land use scenarios such as cities, towns, and rural areas. Our works for the contest is "Accurate Verification of Illegal Construction of Buildings by Aero-space-land Collaboration".
